Can I use Lumen for my business today?
Personal use is available now. The Business pilot is coming soon. Statement retrieval, team access and the workflows illustrated here are pilot plans; not all demonstrated functionality is live. Pricing and pilot access details will be announced with the pilot.
Does Lumen read my email or file my expenses?
Lumen does not provide inbox access. Receipt workflows require a separate email connector you approve. Matching, organizing and any follow up actions depend on the services you connect and the permissions you grant. Your bookkeeper reviews the prepared work and handles exceptions before anything is finalized.
Will my bookkeeper need my login?
The plan is for an authorized bookkeeper to have their own authenticated access alongside the owner. Multiple users and the associated access controls are planned for the Business pilot and are not available today.
